About the Ayushman Bharat card
Ayushman Bharat PVC card is a health assurance card issued by the Indian government under PM-JAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana). Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries get a health cover of ₹5 lakh per family per year, and it is fully financed by the Government of India.
If you don’t already have your Ayushman Bharat card, visit your nearest Ayushman Bharat kiosk or CSC centre with your address and ID proof to apply, or download your existing soft copy from pmjay.gov.in.

The card quality is good but it was not what I was hoping for. I thought you will make it look as close as the actual card issued by the government but I guess i get what id pay for.
